This can be a challenging time for many families. We are here to help. The kindergarten readiness group targets pre-printing, scissor skills, circle time, social skills, time management, and hygiene.

Age: 4 - 6 years old
Length: 1.5 hours, 6 weeks

Social Group

Does your child want to learn social and interaction skills?

This group provides a great opportunity to practice interacting with same-age peers in a safe and judgement-free environment. Children and youth will benefit from targeted learning by using evidence-based curriculum. Fun is the foundation for this group with an emphasis on interactive and educational activities.

Age: 7-10, 11-13 and 14-19
Length: 2 hours, 6 weeks

Mondays

  1. Group 1: Ages 7-10   --> 10am - 12pm
  2. Group 2: Ages 14-19 --> 10am - 12pm
  3. Group 3: Ages 11-13 --> 1pm - 3pm

Is your child a fussy eater? Are mealtimes stressful?

Our behaviour consultant has designed a specialized program that will gradually expose the child to new and exciting foods each week whilst teaching the importance of routine surrounding mealtimes.

Sensory Seeker Social Group

Age: 4-6
Length: 1.5 hours, 8 weeks

Child with sensory needs?

This fun and interactive group find your little one exploring their sensory systems. From shaving cream sensory boxes to bubble mountains, we will explore your little one’s sensory preferences. This course will look at arousing and calming activities to help your child navigate their busy environments and provide strategies for home.

Cooking & Life Skills

Age: 7-10, 11-13, 14-18
Length: 2 hours, 12 weeks

Do you want to explore cooking, trying new foods and life skills?

This course aims to provide age-appropriate skills to help your child navigate through their daily lives. We will explore cooking and trying new foods while learning the foundations of meal planning, budgeting, and food preparation.

We will introduce functional life skills such as community navigation, healthy lifestyle, job readiness, and domestic household tasks to encourage greater independence.
