What is Sleep Training?

Sleep training addresses the difficulties that arise when trying to eradicate sleep problems. There are a multitude of ways that sleep quality can be disrupted and poor sleep in one household member has a rippling effect on quality of sleep on everyone.Sleep contributes to learning,memory, immune function and so much more and we believe everyone deserves a goods night to sleep.

Available Packages

1) DIY Package

  • Initial consultation
  • Sleep training plan and all supporting
    documents
  • Rehearsal of your plan before you get started
  • 2 x 30 min phone calls prior to delivery of a plan
  • 1 follow up phone call after first night
  • 1 follow up phone call after first week

2) Do It Together

Includes everything in the DIY package plus:

  • Unlimited phone and email support until
    sleep training is complete
  • Unlimited daily phone and email support until sleep training is complete

3) Do It For Me - Up until midnight

Includes everything in the Do it Together
package plus:

  • 1 night stay over until midnight to provide
    support
  • Further nights support available at additional cost

4) Do It For Me - Overnight stay until 7 am

Includes everything in the Do it Together package
plus:

  • 1 night stay over to provide support
  • Further nights support available at additional cost
